Spike Head Instructions

6 images are required for Spike Head listings.

 

  1. Crop and resize to 350 x 350 pixels a close up image of the die crack from above the rim to the point of contact on the bust.
  2. Crop and resize to 350 x 350 pixels close up image of the full die crack from above the rim to its termination point.
  3. Crop and resize the full obverse and reverse images to 350 x 350 pixels making sure none of the edges are cropped off.
  4. Crop and resize the full obverse and reverse images to 800 x 800 pixels making sure none of the edges are cropped off. This set of images is used to check for any die markers on the coin.
  5. “Do not add your own arrows, pointers or markers”.
  6. Place the images in a folder and attach the folder to the email.
  7. If your coin has any die markers, image these markers and in your email note what you see or “No Markers Noted”.
  8. I cannot use screenshots.
  9. Email folder, limit one coin per email, to JCStevens43@gmail(DOT)com.
  10. On the subject line enter date; mint mark and type of die break you have.
  11. All images must be in focus and have the proper orientation “don’t rotate the camera when taking the image”.
  12. A full name is required for image credits.
